Selling Factories & Properties
How to list factories or properties for sale and where buyers find them.
Listing factories for sale
Open the factory view and use the Trade Hub Listing panel to set a sale price. The factory will appear in the Trade Hub listings.
Listing city properties for sale
From your Properties page, select a city property and choose “List for sale.” The listing is posted to the Trade Hub so other players can buy it.
Buying listed factories or properties
Buyers need enough cash to cover the listing price. Factory purchases also require equipping a Business License and completing the Factory education course.
